Your tier is based on the value of bookings we send you over a rolling twelve months. As that grows, your commission rate falls.

Questions, answered
How do you know a booking came from you?
Every referral we send carries a tracked link or a unique booking reference, and your monthly report lists each one so you can match it against your own records before anything is due.
What if a traveller cancels?
Commission is only owed on bookings that are actually honoured. If a traveller cancels and you refund them, nothing is charged for that booking.
Is my rate fixed forever?
No — and that works in your favour. Your rate drops automatically as the total value of bookings we send you over twelve months grows, moving you into a lower-commission tier.
Do I have to pay anything to apply?
No. Applying is free, verification is free, and building your listing is free. You only ever pay commission on the bookings we send you.
Can you remove a bad review of my business?
No, and we will not sell that. Honest reviews stay. Being a paying partner buys you placement and a listing — it never buys you control over what travellers say.
